Continuing Collaboration

Encourage, facilitate, and strengthen where needed, COLLABORATION across various levels of our educational system (within classrooms, between teachers, administrators, educational leaders, conference offices of education, with our university, NAD) to carry forward the mission of Seventh-day Adventist Education

Utilize LUC sponsored events as a springboard or avenue to foster a collaborative system of schools

Focused Support

Connect existing and emerging educational demands with sustainable, targeted resources that align with our mission

Participate in identifying and facilitating areas for curricula, teaching, leadership development, and learning climate platforms

Realign avenues of support to accompany identified 21st Century praxis towards sustainable pedagogy
Growing Empowerment

Envision and activate learning processes towards student empowerment and self-directed learning capacity frameworks (transactional learning experiences, curiosity, empathy, social alchemy)

Cultivate aligned systems and practices that uphold teachers and school leaders in the delicate balancing acts of attending to learner academic, social, and mental health needs, with teacher care and teacher efficacy

Elevate and promote joyful, self-directed Christ-centered learning experiences towards student personal investment in learning (belonging, deep intellectual work, shifts in cognitive load), and agency-inspired culture that are consistent with our Seventh-day Adventist mission
